Following the COVID-19 pandemic,the environment around our business has changed substantially over the past few years.

In order to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our customers, we must swiftly respond to trends in the development of stores from a new and timely viewpoint. And as we deal with new issues as they arise, such as promoting digital transformation and decarbonization, it is important to share an understanding of "changes within the business environment" with all of our employees.
Although the times may change, our "customers first" policy will not. We must build a comfortable and friendly organization in our aim to maintain a stable axis and align ourselves with the currents of our times.
