Narita Airport operates 365 days a year, without a break, and people from various countries and regions come and go. We operate the duty-free shop "Fa-So-La" at the gateway to Japan. We have the opportunity to serve people visiting Japan and those departing from Japan in the limited time we have.

What is 
?
It is the brand name of the stores operated by NAA Retailing Co., Ltd.
It is a name that is easy to read and remember for people all over the world, adding a familiar and dynamic sound to the Japanese word "sky". In terms of the musical scale, it is the second stage following Do-Re-Mi. It contains our desire to "welcome customers with higher quality service together with the ever-evolving Narita Airport".

What can we do to provide better service to customers without being bound by the conventional concept of duty-free stores? The answer we arrived at was "pursuit of specialization." Fa-So-La operates a variety of independent stores for each business type, including cosmetics and perfume specialty stores, liquor and tobacco specialty stores, brand boutiques, souvenir shops, and restaurants. In order to provide the highest level of satisfaction in each store, our staff specialized in each business type continue to tirelessly explore product lineup, store design, and customer service.

What are duty-free items?
Duty-free items are items that can be purchased at a price that is free of taxes levied at the time of import.
Most of the items sold at duty-free stores are not imported into Japan, so they are not subject to customs duties.
