NAA Retailing Corporation operates more than 80 shops in the areas before and after outbound passport control, as well as the international arrivals area, in the passenger terminals at Narita International Airport. It also operates one store in airport-related facilities at Narita and one store in the international terminal at Haneda Airport.

What makes Fa-So-La duty-free different is that not only do we operate the conventional kind of airportduty-free shops that focus on cosmetics, alcohol and tobacco; we also offer specialty duty-free storesdedicated to cosmetics and perfume, or to alcohol and tobacco. [International arrivals area]

Our company has opened the first arrival duty-free store in Japan, where travellers can purchase duty-free products upon arrival in the country.
Previously, duty-free products were only available upon departure from Japan. However, the opening of this arrival duty-free store will allow visitors to shop upon their arrival to Japan.
With a rich assortment of foreign liquor and tobacco products, we will provide a kind of duty-free shopping that Japan has never seen before.

Our tax-free (souvenir) stores have a wide range of products, from Japanese souvenirs, food products andJapanese folk art, to watches and electrical goods. We make full use of the unique qualities of the shops inthe duty-free areas, and we have a lineup of famous confectionery from all over Japan that would normally bequite hard to obtain unless you went to the places where they usually sell it.
